Shipping & Processing | Returns Policy
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all of our clients. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns for the same reasons.
All items purchased during any sale period are final sale and nonrefundable (ex: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc).
SHIPPING & PROCESING
Processing:
The processing time for us to get your order ready to ship is between 7-10 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends. Processing begins immediately after your order is placed therefore, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes cancellations, address changes, order modifications, shipping selections, etc.
Shipping:
Once your order has processed, normal shipping times are between 2-3 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimated and may vary based on promotions and holidays.
Due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays that are out of our control. Delays that may occur within the shipping carrier’s network is not the responsibility of Cruz Textures. Currently, shipping is available within the US and Canada.
Tracking:
Customers will receive an email with tracking information from Cruz Textures when your order has shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that all relevant address information is entered correctly to make sure packages are property delivered. Cruz Textures cannot guarantee an address change from inaccurately entered address information and will not be help responsible for any lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered packages.
